- Payment terms and accepted methods will be indicated during checkout.
- Promotional rates may be subject to availability and specific conditions.

We understand that travel plans may change. The following cancellation windows apply to confirmed bookings:
- Private transfers: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Excursions and tours: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Cancellations made after the applicable window, or no-shows, are subject to a 100% penalty and are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Liability and Service Execution
Cool Dominican acts as a coordinator and booking platform connecting travelers with verified transportation providers and tour operators. While we carefully select our partners, the physical execution of the service may be carried out by independent contractors.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, airport disruptions, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Passengers are responsible for complying with local laws, carrying valid identification when required, and ensuring that children travel with appropriate safety equipment where applicable.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be submitted to the competent courts of La Altagracia Province, Dominican Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
